Temos análises em profusão sobre criminalidade em encontros, seminários e congressos, mas raramente há espaços para medidas práticas... O organizador desse evento é o Fernando de Pinho Barreira, um brilhante perito privado que levou ao evento expoentes da Operação Lava Jato como o procurador Carlos Fernando... e o Delegado federal Márcio Adriano... O ex-senador Pedro Simon deu uma aula sobre o alcance e possibilidades das CPI. Foi um ilustrativo prazer conviver por 3 dias na belíssima cidade de Gramado. Em setembro de 2017 haverá outra edição. General Rules of Participation Contract

General Rules of Participation - Agreement for Membership of the Event:

1 - ACCESSION: Unrestricted adherence to these general rules is perfected at the time of purchase of the registration, either alone or in conjunction with the lodging, and its compliance, or in compliance with the rules of behavior in the event, movement, functioning, urbanity in the treatment with the organizers, attendants, Speakers and with the other congresses are essential conditions of permanence in the event. The purchase is only perfected with the effective payment. The Organization does not undertake to issue second payment channels or to make new purchase opportunities available after the Closing of the entries under any circumstances. The first step of the person interested in participating in the event must be the acquisition of the ticket, and The Organization is not responsible for providing tickets to complement packages of tour companies or tickets. There is no tourism company authorized by The Organization. The repurchase of the purchase of registrations must be exercised within seven days of the date of purchase, expressly, by email sent to ventas@jornadadeinvestigacao.com.br, in no other case will be refunded the value of the registration, except in case of cancellation of the event. Children and / or accompanying persons will not be allowed to enter unless they are accredited and enrolled in the event. The purchase of registration does not entitle the entry to any parties organized by the event (the ticket, if organized a party, be purchased separately), consumptions, or other items sold by the event, such as souvenirs.

3 - HOSTELS - The lodging offered on the website of the event for The Hotel Serra Azul (Event Hotel) are offered exclusively, The Organization has reserved and paid in advance to The Hotel all the apartments, with the exclusivity of its commercialization . Eventually, lots of lodging can be offered in other hotels, The Organization being responsible only for the fulfillment of the conditions of the lot offered by it. Entries are subject to the current hotel rules and the hotel's internal rules. The commercial conditions in force, to the exclusion of any other, are those offered at the event's website, and any other offerings by third parties, by the hotel's administration itself, are null and void, and are not obligated to The Organization with any different from the one offered by it. The amount paid for accommodation does not include tickets, or expenses for services and consumptions, and the guest, upon check-out, of their eventual consummation, and 10% of service on it, these values ??not being included in the value of the purchased hosting. The accommodations are subject to the check in / check out rules of The Hotel in question, including No Show. There is no responsibility of The Organization for hosting packages and offers of lodging other than those offered here. Hosting ownership is personal and non-transferable. Your purchase is dissociated from the ticket, and each interested party must purchase your ticket. In no event shall The Organization be required to provide tickets to escorts who have not purchased it - even if there is a change of accompanying persons. The lodging can be canceled within 1 month of the date of the event, discounting the fees paid to PagSeguro (or the other company that will replace it in the charge of the event) and the administrative fee of 20%, as long as they have not closed sales, when the amounts will not be refunded, due to the impossibility of renting the apartment to third parties. 4 - PARTICIPATION AND PRIORITY ACCREDITATION KITS BY QRCODE - There will be no need to remove kits or queuing for accreditation, QRCodes will be provided upon confirmation of entry and participation kits will be delivered at the entrance to the event.
